Charter
CC&R Section 3.3.a: The Committee shall be composed of three (3) members. The Committee members shall have the full authority to designate a successor in the event of death or resignation of a member. At any time the record owners of the majority of Lots shall have the power, through a duly recorded written instrument, to change the membership of the Committee.
